This position blends technical proficiency with strategic and leadership responsibilities, focusing on delivering BI solutions that align with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s data strategy by creating scalable, impactful BI initiatives while ensuring adherence to governance, security, and operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Governance

• Develop and execute the BI roadmap in alignment with organisational objectives and the broader data strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs that inform business decisions.
• Manage the integration of BI and data warehouse initiatives to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of data outputs.

BI Solution Delivery

• Manage the creation, implementation, and delivery of reports, dashboards, and visualisations that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance current BI solutions to boost performance, streamline efficiency, and improve user experience.
• Lead the adoption of standards and best practices for BI development, including thorough documentation, consistent reporting templates, and rigorous quality assurance.
