Reporting to the Operations manager and supporting all three sub-areas—Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service—the Supply Chain Specialist will ensure the effective integration and optimization of systems and processes within the supply chain. This role encompasses ownership of system support, including SAP and EDI, as well as leading process development and optimization through process mining and automation. The Supply Chain Specialist will leverage tools such as Celonis, Cobra, to extract maximum value and insights, driving efficiency and process improvements, as well as maintaining accurate and consistent customer master data. He/she will support and take part on supply chain optimization project, supporting the areas in enhance project management using Workfront as well as proposing areas of improvement thanks to his/her comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.

SUPPLY CHAIN DATA LEADER

Manage/create supply chain KPIs dashboards,support and propose data analysis, share insightwith Operations Finance and Sales.Work head-to-head with Demand Planning onportfolio NPI analysis performance, as well as support Customer Service & Logistics in provide data and analysis that create opportunity for customer collaboration and logistics project.

PROJECTS COORDINATION

Serve as the central coordinator for all Technical Supply chain projects (S4 HANA / COBRA / CELONIS / EDI development) Share regular updates with the team and key stakeholders on timelines, progress, and any blockers. Ensure adoption and regular use of all "added value" tools delivered into the team and actively participating in continuous improvement projects associated with these tools

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

Leading the execution of process mining & automation (RPA) across the supply chain team. Ensure that processes are executed according to the corporate governance and guidelines.

Other

Providing cover as needed for the wider Supply Chain function. Documenting all key processes in role (manual, guidelines, BPPs) to ensure that contingency/cover is possible of this business- critical role.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Experience in more than 1 Supply Chain role in a multinational company FMCG preferred.
• Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business Administration.
• Strong SAP experience, BI, data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and Celonis, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong team player with a cross-functional perspective, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals.
