The Junior Supply Chain Consultant will support the firm's expansion into Europe. The ideal candidate should be analytical with strong organizational abilities. If you also have experience in business development and supply chain operations, we’d like to meet you.

Responsabilities:

• Analyze client information to identify opportunities and generate strategic insights
• Research industry trends, key data, and best practices in Supply Chain to apply them in consulting projects
• Prepare strategic presentations for project kick-off, follow-ups, and closing, adapting messages for different organizational levels
• Support project management and coordination
• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients in planning, tracking, and executing initiatives
• Ensure deadlines and key deliverables are met using agile or traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall).
• Develop analytical models and tools for process optimization

Profile:

• Recent graduate of bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• 0 - 2 years of experiencie in Supply Chain Management or similar (Supply Chain Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Distribution)
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management software (Blue Yonder, SAP or Oracle)
• Analytical capacity and problem solving to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with c-suite executives.
• Capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
