About The Role

In this role, you will collect data, perform in-depth analyses, and deliver compelling business presentations to top executives. But it is not just about crunching numbers. Your role is pivotal in shaping business decisions and making a tangible impact. It is also about collaborating closely with stakeholders and transforming information into strategic insights. As a key player in the Strategy and Innovation team, you will be expected to convey complex analytics concepts in a clear and concise manner. You will be a catalyst for change and success.

What You Will Do

Leadership in Strategy Projects

• Lead work streams within C-level strategy and innovation projects, driving initiatives forward with strategic vision and direction.
  
  
  

Research and Analysis

• Research and identify information sources, both internal and external, to uncover new insights about the business, industry, and market.
• Structure and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide comprehensive insights into strategic challenges and opportunities.
  
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality control of results, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
• Build and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Core competencies

• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex data and deriving actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset, capable of understanding overarching business objectives and translating them into tangible action plans and innovative solutions.
• Project planning skills in managing own workstream and dependencies on external inputs to adhere to deadlines
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar product, strategy or business operations roles within the technology industry.
• Significant experience in quantitative analysis and adept at delivering presentations at the C-level.
• Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Capable of translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Possess excellent communication skills, conveying professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
• Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, embracing new challenges for professional development.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work and deliver results independently.
• High level of adaptability and curiosity
• Aerospace and/or aviation industry experience is a plus but not required
