What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and driving cost savings.

• Supplier Relationship Management:
  
  

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.

Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.

• Purchase Order Management:
  
  

Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Monitor order status and resolve any discrepancies.

Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Inventory Management:
  
  

Establish and maintain optimal stock levels for each item (safety stock, minimum order quantity).

Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Supply Chain Vision and Optimization:
  
  

Analyze the entire supply chain to identify potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• ERP System Management:
  
  

Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain up-to-date BOMs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  

Work closely with quality, engineering, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Communicate effectively to resolve issues and coordinate activities.

Requirements

• Experience with Netsuite (Oracle)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Demand Planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Able to withstand high levels of pressure
