Almirall is looking for a Global People Communications Trainee to join the Global People Communications & Change Management team and provide support to a specific project within the People & Culture department, including communication and change management.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Collaborate and provide support in the different tasks of the assigned project related to Communication and Change Management. Includes the following areas:
- Management of Communications & Change Management project.
- Relationship with external suppliers.
- Tracking of all activities from pre-go live to post go-live and measure impact.
- Management and coordination of internal launch events.
- Preferably a degree in Communication / Journalism / Advertisement, or a related field. We’re flexible!
- Additional post-graduate education is desirable, but not a must!
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong Project management skills.
- Excellent English and Spanish skills.
- Advanced level of Office 365.
- Experience using and managing Sharepoint sites.
- Previous knowledge and experience using Canva.
Previous experience in the field of at least 1 year.
