*What You´ll Do* *. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *

* Understand the integration process in details in every step.
* Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle.
* Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production.
* Implement continuous improvement practices.
* Analyze and handle all issues and change requests.
* Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product.

* Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identify critical points and obstacles.
* Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project.

* Develope strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.

* Key point of contact for the customer.
* Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

* Create and maintain relevant documentation.

* Directly subordinate to the Director of OPD & Integrations
* In implementing the organizational capacity to carry out our links and relationships with all actors in the company.
*What We´re Looking For*
* Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues

* Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Experience with complex integrated systems
* SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
* Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls
* Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira,
Fluency in English.
