We’re growing our team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (B2B) to drive partnerships and growth in Latin America.


Your Role

As our Business Development Manager (B2B), you’ll focus on establishing and expanding partnerships with institutions, companies, and agents across the following countries:

  • Brazil 
  • Ecuador 
  • Chile 
  • Colombia
  • Costa Rica 
  • Mexico
  • Peru 
  • venezuela
  • Argentina
  • El Salvador


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to build partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and recruitment agencies in the Latin American region.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential collaborations to enhance student enrollment.
  • Represent C3S Business School at international fairs, exhibitions, and conferences in the region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, corporate partners, and institutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to tailor campaigns for Latin American markets.
  • Provide insights into market dynamics and student needs to align programs and offerings with demand.
  • Achieve enrollment and revenue targets through effective partner relationships.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong network within the Latin American market, with a focus on education, recruitment, or training sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to travel across the Latin American region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
