Role description:

As a Manager of Financial Services practice, you will effectively lead large projects guiding the definition, execution, and coordination of several strategic initiatives of our clients. You will act as a transformation agent and drive change while maintaining strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders of Capgemini Invent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or any with a Business or Technology background. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.
• Strong English (C1) is a must, other languages desirable.
• Experience in banking sector, desirable Corporate & Investment banking segment
• Experience required in operations, transformation, and strategy initiatives
• Experience coordinating large projects as a project or program manager with multiple stakeholders, at least 2 years with C-level exposure
• Working experience in banks or financial institutions is a must
• Skills: profile that is organised, analytical, priority management, peak and stress management and above all teamwork and able to interact with other areas (Compliance, Front Office, Middle Office and Back-Office areas)
• Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result oriented
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment
