We are currently looking for a HEAD OF FINANCE

Mission: Reporting to the Corporate Director, she/he will be responsible for a 5 people team, her/his main mission will be manage and supervise economics resources of the company in this way to have the best conditions of cost, cashflow, profitability and safety.

She/he will be responsible of lead, coordinate and motivate to all the finances department and organize the workflows to the rest of departments.

Additionally she/he will support to Executive Committee in all finances aspects.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead the month-end close process, including consolidation of subsidiaries, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies
• Manage the preparation of all financial statements including monthly account consolidation of subsidiaries, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of all financial reporting. Building up reporting capabilities to cover new business needs
• Manage and be accountable for the Company cash flow and Treasury
• Support in the preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Continuously proposing and managing the most up to date tools and processes for recording transactions and tracking finance performance
• Manage one existing team member, in charge of the accounting work.
• To monitor KPIs (EBITDA, efficiency ratios) and highlight opportunities and potential threats.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4/5 years experiencia in a senior financial managerial position.
• Experience in Audit desired
• High level of English
• High level of Excel/Google sheet
• Leadership & teamwork
