About the role :

• Aligning financial strategies with the overall objectives of a leading multinational healthcare Group currently invested by one of the most important PE firms globally.

• The main goal will be to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and profitability in coordination with the rest of the global FP&A team, the global Corporate Finance team, and the regional CFO and finance teams.

• The position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance with exposure to Global and Regional CFOs and rest of the Group C-level.

Responsibilities :

• Business and financial analysis: conduct in-depth business and financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis and scenario modelling with the purpose of providing valuable business insights to C-level for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Periodical reporting: contribute, coordinate and define periodical financial reports and specific dashboards to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making and improvement of reporting quality.
• Strategic financial planning: collaborate to develop and implement financial strategies, M&A, plans, and budgets aligned with the Group’s goals and contribute to the annual financial planning and budgeting process

Qualifications:

• Strong background with experience in fields such as business and financial analysis, financial modeling or business advisory combined with strategy projects.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• The position will require strong abilities in Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in Spanish and English.

For this role, you can be based either in Madrid or Valencia.
