IGNIS P2X is a joint venture between IGNIS and KKR to decarbonise hard-to-abate sectors. The JV is dedicated to development of green hydrogen, ammonia, e-methanol, e-fuels and SAF production plants serving blue chip corporates active in refining, steel, chemicals, fertiliser, among other sectors, as well as traditional renewables, largely wind and solar, associated with the hydrogen and ammonia projects. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the development of our greenfield P2X projects, focusing on hydrogen and other sustainable energy vectors. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle for 1-2 key projects in the portfolio, from initial conceptualization and feasibility studies to execution and delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholder & commercial communications, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects meet all internal and external expectations. Your experience in project management, coupled with an understanding of the energy sector / technologies will be crucial in driving the projects forward. Preferred background

• 5-15 of experience in ideally greenfield project development working in energy, construction/EPC, chemical or other industrial sectors (Power, Utilities, Renewables, Industrials, Infrastructure, & O&G sectors).
• Knowledge of and/or high interest in energy transition.
• Engineering background (not a must) with an excellent academic record.

Skills required

• Strong experience in greenfield project development / management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• A solid technical understanding of P2X, particularly hydrogen production and other green energy vectors.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including team members, clients, regulatory agencies, and partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
