Job overview
As a BIM Modeler at MYAA, you will take a lead role in the design and delivery of projects, showcasing your design, construction and project management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of design-led projects in a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Experience and qualifications:
• minimum three to five years post-qualification experience as a BIM Modeler, leading the delivery of complex mixed-used global projects
• professional degree in architecture
• highly effective in designing and managing architectural projects of similar scale and complexity
• previous experience in developing all the project design stages for a large-scale project.
• highly experience in BIM Modeler of all the project disciplines involved in a large-scale project.
Skills:
• strong BIM experience, leading a technical team within the practice
• excellent understanding of the project development process of all project stages from Concept to Technical Stages. Clear understanding of all project package content applicable for each project stage.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
