We are seeking an experienced IS Manager with extensive SAP Business One experience to join our team. Must have considerable knowledge of SAP Business One as well as MAC computer software and hardware. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and strong experience with systems project management. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential

Responsibilities:

● Bridges gaps between various departments using technical and business knowledge by proactively addressing problems and providing solutions

● Maps complex business processes into company ERP (SAP Business One) by creating and training standard operating procedures to ensure successful process implementation

● Supports and enhances SAP Business One by creating new modules (UDF, UDT, UDO) as per business requirements

● Creates customized reports using Google Sheet/Excel (Pivot & VLOOKUP), Boyum for SAP Business One, SQL and Crystal Reports to eliminate system transaction bottlenecks and ensure adherence to business expectations

● Provides support to the business by identifying solutions to streamline and improve efficiencies through IT solutions and provide relevant IT training

● Installs, configures, and upgrades computer, peripherals, and software

● Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains hardware, peripherals, and software systems

● Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and measures.

Qualifications:

● Efficient SAP Business One experience and ability to understand complex business processes. Experience with SAP and other ERP integration is a plus.

● Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; able to apply independent judgment on a regular basis in making decisions

● Able to communicate English in a clear, articulate, and professional manner. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with other team members

● Adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events

● Prioritize work activities, use time efficiently and work through projects in a self-motivated manner ● Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

● DOMO/Tableau implementation and experience is a plus
