YOUNG Hotels is part of the YOUNG group—an ambitious, fast-growing collective of ventures across real estate, media, hospitality and tech. We’re currently operating in Dénia and the Netherlands, with a new location opening soon in Mallorca. And we’re just getting started.

We aim to grow to 15–20 boutique hotels across Europe in the coming years—and we’re looking for a smart, hands-on Revenue Manager to help lead that growth from the inside out.

• 📈 Set and implement revenue strategies across all YOUNG Hotels.
• 💻 Work in booking and PMS systems to adjust pricing and availability daily.
• 📊 Track key KPIs like occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, and booking lead time.
• 🧠 Combine data with instinct to act quickly and improve performance.
• 🌍 Be closely involved in the launch and setup of new hotel locations.
• 🗺️ Know every room, suite and common area—and turn that space into revenue.
  

• ✅ You have experience in hotel revenue management (or high-level pricing in hospitality).
• 🔧 You’ve worked with PMS, channel managers, and tools like STR, RevControl or RoomPriceGenie.
• 📍 You're ideally based in Spain or the Netherlands (but open to travel).
• 🚀 You love growth, ownership, and working hands-on in a small, driven team.
