Your Role:

As an HR Specialist – Iberia, you will oversee HR operations in Spain, Italy, Poland, and more regions as we expand. You will play a key role in:

✅ Managing day-to-day HR operations – including onboarding, employee relations, administration, and engagement.

✅ Coordinating with international teams to align HR practices across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

✅ Supporting global recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

✅ Driving employee engagement by fostering a positive work environment and company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 HR professional with experience in multinational environments.

🔹 Hands-on & proactive approach to problem-solving.

🔹 Excellent communication & coordination skills to work with diverse teams globally.

🔹 Fluent in English (Spanish, Italian, or Polish would be a plus).
