Project Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Project & Resource Manager to complement our team and working for our clients within the pharmaceutical industry. He should be able to manage creative projects from an operational point of view. Billing, invoicing, resource management, financial assessment etc. He should be able to act as a subject matter expert throughout the production lifecycle, alongside the Account team and client delivery managers- from requirements gathering through final delivery

• Working directly with the internal onshore and offshore production teams to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
• Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including on production milestones, risk management, and resolution
• Work directly with key stakeholders and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches.
• Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization.
• Work closely with teams leads to understand resource needs and project timelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date resource schedule and forecast future resource requirements.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of fulltime and contract talent as needed.
• Provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client partnerships
• Responsible for ensuring operational delivery excellence and timely delivery of assets
