What You Will Do

In coordination with the Omnichannel Manager:

  • Collaborate in the planning, execution, monitoring and improvement of omnichannel campaigns for the different therapeutic areas.
  • Support as a point of contact between internal stakeholders and external agencies/suppliers.
  • Responsible for supporting different digital marketing projects (change management).
  • Supporting the coordination and definition of objectives, omnichannel strategy, execution and measurement of results of the different campaigns and channels. Definition of customer journeys and proposal of the best combination of channels/activities to increase the value contribution to HCPs.
  • Execution and management of digital marketing projects in coordination with internal departments or external suppliers.
  • Planning, updating and supporting the creation of the company's digital content (editorial calendar) and its execution.
  • Focus and management of email Marketing campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Approved email).
  • Support in the execution of digital events.
  • Continuous improvement of digital assets: email channel, website, etc.
  • Management of web analytics and preparation of periodic improvement reports on digital assets (Google Analytics). Detection of best practices and improvements in digital effectiveness (optimization of Customer journeys).
  • Promote innovation through new digital proposals that solve the needs of the marketing, sales and medical departments.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing or Scientific degree with MBA
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare & Pharma sector is preferred
  • Advanced English (high level in both written and spoken language)
  • Management of tools for the extraction and analysis of analytical data (Qlikview/PowerBI, Excel, etc.) is desirable
  • Knowledge of web design, graphic design and tools related to web technology: Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Figma, Mailjet is desirable
