What You Will Do

Customer relationship

  • Engage proactively with customers in Omnichannel Campaigns - cold calling to specific segmentation
  • Non-Core Specialties teleselling support
  • Tier C and D full portfolio teleselling support
  • Handle standard customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training
  • Collaborate with SMs, Marketing and Customer Engagement teams to search for new targets through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity

Lead generation and qualification

  • Lead management from Omnichannel Campaigns - Lead follow up form OneForce to the first and upcoming remote interactions
  • Lead qualification based on customer insights detected in the remote 1:1 interactions - Lead scoring with the Customer Engagement Manager
  • Handover to the Sales Rep for a demo in the case of hot Leads
  • Follow up of Medium Leads – target them with the Customer Engagement Manager
  • One year internship.
  • Full time
  • Start date - March/April
  • 1000 € per month.
