About the Role:

You’ll be working aboard the Airbus A320, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and a smooth flying experience to breathtaking vacation destinations like Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco—no war zones or high-risk locations. Daily flights will vary based on the schedule, keeping every day fresh and exciting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding in-flight service, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and attend team briefings.
• Greet passengers, verify tickets, and assist them to their seats.
• Serve meals and beverages with a warm and professional attitude.
• Demonstrate and ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Provide assistance to children, elderly passengers, and those with special needs.
• Monitor the cabin and maintain a secure, well-organized environment.
• Act as the airline’s brand ambassador, offering world-class customer service.
• When not flying, contribute to office operations to support flight planning and logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Cabin crew certification or training is required.
• Experience as a Flight Attendant or in Customer Service (hospitality background preferred).
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Czech, Polish, German, Slovak, or Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
• Professional image and excellent presentation skills.
• Quick-thinking problem solver, able to handle unexpected situations with ease.
• EU passport with at least 10 years of validity.
