What Makes a Great Candidate

Experience in Java, C# / .Net or other object orientated languages
Strong technical leadership shown in previous roles.
High proficiency in SQL.
Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS.
A strong enthusiasm for programming and technology with an appetite to work in a dynamic and integrated team.
Financial Services experience is a bonus, but not essential.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, ideally from a top global university.
