About The DEEPWORK Program
You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Nebrija Uinversity and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa (FUE).
- Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at University of Nebrija.
You will be part of the Commercial Communication Team in Philip Morris Spain.
Responsibilities
Support us in the management of communication programs:
- Internal communication management: Design and implement the project's internal communication.
- Campaigns: Develop campaigns for project participation and results, including physical and digital actions, and even events.
- Create internal content: Create inspiring and engaging content for different platforms, including digital channels (teams, emails...), print channels and events (meetings, business connect).
- Adapt and disseminate key messages: Adjust internal campaigns and materials to ensure relevance across departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in communication (CCD, P&C, Communication...).
- Internal analysis and reporting: Monitor the impact of internal campaigns and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and make improvements.
- Third party management: Manage the relationship and functions of external suppliers (creation of materials, sending of mass mailings...).
You have:
- Studying Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or Advertising.
- Knowledge in design and content layout is a plus.
- High level of English.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find creative solutions to improve the consumer experience.
- Project Management: Organizational skills to manage and implement consumer experience improvement projects.
- Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continually improving the consumer experience based on feedback and data analysis.
- Empathy: The ability to understand and empathize with customers' concerns and needs, providing a personalized experience.
