Your Role:

• Co-own and operate the agency alongside me, sharing in both responsibilities and rewards.
• Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and revenue.
• Oversee creator management, recruitment, and performance optimization.
• Manage social media growth, brand collaborations, and traffic generation.
• Optimize workflows, implement automation tools, and scale the agency's infrastructure.
• Ensure high-level client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive business development, forming strategic partnerships and increasing profitability.
