ACCOUNTING CLERK

The Accounts clerk ensures the daily assignments are completed on time. He/ she promotes a professional and positive image to all of our guests and contribute to the hotels targets by assisting with the accurate processing of accounts tasks.

He/ She Will

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. Other languages are appreciated.
• Ensure daily tasks assigned with the accounts department are completed on time.
• Assist in cost control functions.
• Assist In Accounts receivables functions.
• Reconcile Accounts that the analysis are in balance.
• Flexibility to be able to perform accounts tasks as per daily needs of the department.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
