From our central holding team, we support acquisitions, marketing, talent development and global expansion. Our Hubs are at the core of this strategy.

As Head of YOUNG Hubs, you are responsible for growing and managing our global network of creative, brand-driven spaces.

You’ll be opening new hubs, setting up local partnerships, building small local teams, and turning each city into a launchpad for YOUNG companies.

You will work directly with our founder and the YOUNG Holding team — helping shape the future of the brand city by city.

• Scout, launch and manage new YOUNG Hubs (e.g. Berlin, Lisbon, Bangkok)
• Build and lead small local teams (hub lead, creative, community)
• Identify and set up local partnerships (workspaces, creative agencies, talent)
• Develop each Hub as a base for launching YOUNG companies
• Ensure each hub reflects the YOUNG brand and global strategy
• Work closely with our Marketing, Talent and Acquisition teams

• Strategic, proactive and highly entrepreneurial
• Experienced in operations, coworking, hospitality or creative ecosystems
• Someone who thrives on building something from scratch
• Not someone who waits for direction — but someone who brings in deals, opportunities, energy, and movement
• Interested in media, startups, hospitality or trade
• Fluent in English (bonus if you speak Spanish or German)
• Comfortable in cities like New York, Lisbon, Berlin and Bangkok
• Ready to travel and represent the brand on location

• Salary range: €30,000 to €35,000 annually (based on experience and availability)
