Overview: As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your mission includes:

• Recruiting new professionals across various areas of the company, including internships for university students.
• Handling all necessary paperwork and documentation for onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Managing temporary leave processes, such as sickness and maternity leave.
• Tracking career progression and maintaining up-to-date information on employee roles and evaluations.
• Monitor probation periods and notify relevant supervisors.
• Internal meetings with different areas of the company regarding HR needs.
• Update the employee database with any changes.
• Record and report payroll incidents and information for Social Security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration.
• High proficiency in English Skills (C1)
• Knowledge of business economics and personnel administration is a plus.
• Spanish Bilingual
