Your new role

As an INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for all International activities. You will be contributing to the international development and growth, engaging in business coordination among all the countries and finding out new business opportunities and challenges. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Supporting in market analysis creation.

• Reporting in a monthly/quarterly basis, the progress of the business at Company level.

• Updating the data base gathering the most important references and technical knowledge.

• Updating the portfolio document gathering all the key information at company level.

• Supporting the local sales teams to manage international tenders (presales, bid management) and frame agreement negotiations.

• Working together with the international sales teams on finding out new market opportunities, trends and challenges in the short, mid and long term.

• Creating new business leads through personal networking.

Who are we looking for? Reporting to the Business Development and Coordination Director (based in Spain), you will be the International Development Manager for the International 1 Region (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Benelux, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark and Finland). The ideal candidate will possess a large curiosity for the engineering field, an analytical mindset and providing very high soft skills to keep high level internal and external relationships. He/she will be comfortable working in an international and fast paced environment.

Your qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering or business administration.

Professional experience of up to 2 years.

1. Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
2. Experience in BI tools (Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
3. The soft skills and attitude are key for this role and transversal department, being valuable good communication, autonomy, result oriented, analytical mindset, adaptability, flexibility, proactive & internal customer approach.
4. High level of English is mandatory; French would be a plus.
