*What You´ll Do*

* Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of .NET developers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
* Project Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring projects are completed on time.
* Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure following best practices.
* Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

*What We´re Looking For*

* Education: Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience as a lead developer or similar role, with extensive experience in .
NET development.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Framework, C, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, RESTful Services, and Agile Methodology.
* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

* Desired Skills:*

* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
* Microservices Architecture: Designing and implementing microservices for scalable and maintainable applications.
* Docker and Kubernetes: Containerization and orchestration tools for deploying applications in a consistent environment.
