Our client is seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Sales to lead and expand their sales operations across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and France. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading regional sales teams to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-country sales management, with the ability to adapt to diverse markets and cultures.
Your responsibilities and impact as the Head of Sales will include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and France.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape to optimize sales performance.
- Align regional sales goals with overall company objectives, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams across multiple countries.
- Set clear performance targets, provide regular coaching, and foster a results-oriented culture.
- Promote cross-border collaboration to share best practices and leverage regional strengths.
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing key accounts.
- Cultivate relationships with major clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee high-value negotiations and close complex deals.
- Monitor sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regional sales regulations and company policies.
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role:
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, covering multiple countries.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving multi-million revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership skills — experienced in building and motivating multi-country sales teams.
- Fluent in English and at least one other regional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French).
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
