We are looking for a Business Analyst for an International Project based in Madrid (hybrid model).

Responsabilities:

• Process Mapping and Analysis: Create visual representations of workflows to understand the sequence of activities, decision points, and roles involved in a process.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data related to process performance to uncover patterns, trends, and metrics - identify opportunities for optimization and measure the impact of process changes.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to define process objectives, identify desired outcomes, and document specific requirements. Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather input from various organizational departments and levels.
• Process Design and Improvement: Developing and modeling new or improved processes based on analysis findings and stakeholder requirements. This includes creating detailed process maps, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with various stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into the process design. This ensures that the processes are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
• Documentation and Reporting: Documenting the current state of processes, proposed changes, and the outcomes of implemented changes. Providing regular updates and reports to management and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any issues.
• These responsibilities ensure that business process analysts effectively support business transformation by optimizing processes, making data-driven decisions, and successfully implementing process changes.

Requirements:

• A business process analyst supporting a business transformation needs a diverse set of skills to navigate the complexities of this role effectively.
• Analytical Skills: The ability to dissect complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions that enhance productivity. This involves a keen eye for detail, logical reasoning, and accurate data interpretation
• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of the technical tools and software used in process analysis, such as process modeling software, data analysis tools, and automation technologies. This knowledge facilitates effective communication with IT teams and aids in implementing process improvements efficiently
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and presenting findings.
• Project Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Process Mapping and Documentation: Creating detailed process maps and documentation to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to identify root causes of issues, propose process improvements, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity
• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
