Workplace: Hybrid - 2 days in the office.

Have you worked as a Consultant with Big Pharma for one of the Big 3 management consultancies, McKinsey, Bain or BCG?
If so, please read on......
*You will have Big Pharma commercial market knowledge and tech know-how, with the ability to navigate your way through sales/finance/commercial-side of Big Pharma, whilst also understanding the business goal of why you're actually helping implement the tech, in this case, Artificial Intelligence.
You'll be joining a fast-paced, Agile, start-up environment, where there won't be a whole load of processes, which some will find difficult and others will thrive in....we hope you're the latter!
A few nice to have's below:
- Take charge and take ownership of modules
- Intellectually drive the Product, having your own ideas and challenge customers on what they need vs what they want
- Great energy and positivity
- Being hands-on technical is advantageous, but not essential
- Must have strong Business acumen - Strategy, customer management - R&D, compliance, governance
- Intellectually drive the product forward, working closely with the customers, being their 1st point of contact and partnering with them on their journey.
- Business savvy person who's either worked directly for Big Pharma or via a Consulting firm, who has a genuine interest and understanding of tech.
