Mechanical Design Engineer – Medical Devices Perdigó Medical is an engineering consultancy based in Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona.

We are looking for a mechanical design engineer who is highly motivated to contribute to projects alongside our Medical team!

To start with, you would work on the following: Design, prototype and test components and subsystems Generate 3D CAD models and detailed 2D drawings Review CAD for injection moulding Analyse and calculate tolerances Work from concepts and functional prototypes for novel medical devices to production-ready designs and specifications Communicate your work in a multidisciplinary environment where the status quo is challenged continuously We are looking for applicants that meet the following requirements: Mechanical, industrial or product design engineer Background in mechanical and/or product design and development Strong analytical skills; you have the ability touse fundamental physics principles to assess and develop design ideas Skilled in SolidWorks or/and Fusion 360 Responsible and result oriented; professional and ambitious Driven to change people's lives through medical products and technologies Based or willing to be based in the Barcelona area Good communications skills in English We offer: A full-time job opportunity A steep learning curve in the world of Medical Devices Working alongside fresh, experienced, and entrepreneurial team members Competitive salary Reasonably flexible working hours If you're a match and would like to work with us, send your application via the LinkedIn we will share in a few days.
