For our Commercial Deployment Team in PMI Duty Free we are looking for a Manager Customer Development.

As Manager Customer Development, You Will

• Manage negotiations with the Customers, leveraging data to prepare negotiation strategy and ensuring proper follow-up.
• Perform Account / Customer Management including operational requests, meetings and coordination of x-functional integration (PMI / Customers).
• Ensure the deployment of agreed plans with the operators, airports and all relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
• Leverage support from PMI Duty Free functions and Commercial IBS in the deployment of customer development support
• Ensure high level of collaboration with global retail teams to maintain strategic alignment and executional consistency for Duty free Retail.
• Guarantee continuous improvement to the customer journey development for existing and new Duty Free Retail POS to meet global standards and customer needs.
• Elevate Net Promoter Score at Duty Free in collaboration with CX teams.
