ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll support the creation and growth of our digital presence. From brainstorming content ideas to helping shape our brand online, you’ll play a meaningful part in connecting our artists with the world.
In your first 2 to 3 months, you’ll:
- Learn how we market artists and events across platforms
- Join all our events and work session, including music production and rehearsal
- Contribute to content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaign ideas
- Use tools like Canva and ChatGPT to craft compelling visual and written content
- Get your hands on our database to improve it
- Help us set up the newsletter and email campaigns
By 6 months, you’ll:
- Lead content planning and reporting for campaigns
- Use all marketing strategies, like 4Ps or SWOT, to refine digital approaches
- Lead smaller projects, propose creative ideas, and collaborate to bring them to life
- Celebrate and reflect on the impact of your contributions and achievements
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Are passionate about urban music and digital culture (Hip Hop, R&B, Afrobeat, Reggaeton)
- Enjoy storytelling through visuals, writing, or short-form video
- Feel comfortable using tools like Canva and A.I. content generators
- Are organized, curious, and a good communicator
- Speak fluent English and Spanish

HIRING PROCESS
We want you to feel informed and prepared every step of the way. Here’s what our process looks like:
- Online Interview (45 minutes) - Once we receive your application, shortlisted candidates will be invited to a virtual interview. We'll chat about your experience, interests, and ideas — and you’ll get to learn more about the internship.
- In-Person Meeting (approx. 2 hours) - If we’re both excited to continue, we’ll invite you to our recording studio in Barcelona. You’ll meet the team, learn more about everyone’s roles, and ask any questions. You'll also have a chance to connect with Adrien Rosier, our founder and label president.
