Join us as our new Product Manager! In this role, you'll be instrumental at every phase of our protection product lifecycle. You'll be involved in enhancing our existing insurance services portfolio, as well as designing and launching new services that align with our strategic goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform market insights and user feedback into profitable products that enhance our customer experience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a tangible impact in the insurtech space.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the enhancement of existing insurance services across B2C and B2B2C channels, optimizing for adoption and profitability.
• Spearhead the development and launch of innovative traveler protection products to expand the AirHelp+ offerings.
• Document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and actionable tasks for the Engineering team.
• Facilitate the scrum process, including leading kick-off meetings and sprint planning sessions.
• Monitor project progress, reporting to stakeholders and adjusting project scopes as needed.
• Plan product roadmaps with a quarterly outlook and assist business stakeholders in long-term strategic planning.

• Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, specifically within the insurance industry.
• Strong ability to document, prioritize, and break down complex projects into manageable pieces.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in engaging cross-disciplinary teams.
• Expertise in product analytics; skilled in using both quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions.

• Familiarity with GA4 analytics.
• Basic knowledge of web technology and web applications.
• Prior experience in developing modern B2C insurance products is highly advantageous.
• Product management experience in fintech or insurtech environment is a plus.
