Mission

Almirall is looking for a Global People Communications Trainee to join the Global People Communications & Change Management team and provide support to a specific project within the People & Culture department, including communication and change management.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collaborate and provide support in the different tasks of the assigned project related to Communication and Change Management. Includes the following areas
• Management of Communications & Change Management project
• Relationship with external suppliers
• Tracking of all activities from pre-go live to post go-live and measure impact
• Management and coordination of internal launch events

Education

• Preferably a degree in Communication / Journalism / Advertisement, or a related field. We’re flexible!
• Additional post-graduate education is desirable, but not a must!

Specific Knowledge

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong Project management skills
• Excellent English and Spanish skills
• Advanced level of Office 365
• Experience using and managing Sharepoint sites
• Previous knowledge and experience using Canva

Experience

Previous experience in the field of at least 1 year
