*What You´ll Do*
* The position includes managing, leading and controlling cross-organizational B2B projects, characterizing and analyzing processes and managing risks and changes. 
* Responsibility for planning and monitoring the project from initiation trough the project life cycle and until its full implementation; 
* Responsibility for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering projects tasks and milestones on time 
* Oversee project execution and monitoring by tracking progress, adjusting plans as needed, and maintaining adherence to schedules. 
* Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and manage issues to ensure smooth project execution. 
* Provide an update on project status and swiftly address any risks or issues. 
* Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships, facilitating meetings, and ensuring transparent and effective communication. 
* Responsibility for building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success 
* Solve problems throughout project life cycle, balance the needs of both business and engineering team members 
* Working closely with Business, Marketing, Operations, Product, Design, Tech and scrum feature teams. 
* Working with large global customers and vendors on complex software projects 
* Willingness to work with different time zone hours (include US) 

*What We´re Looking For*
* At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager from software international companies – must 
* Tech savvy – must 
* Customer facing experience – must 
* Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent-  must 
* Familiarity with the gaming industry / sports betting industry - an advantage  
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities  
* Very stress resistant, prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with no strict processes 
* Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written skills in English.  
* Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills 
* Excellent communication skills and assertiveness 
* Prioritization abilities, good judgement, well organized, detail oriented, and ability to keep track of multiple projects and risks

*Company Summary* Please note that recruitment and work assignments will be handled by Aristocrat, however, this role will be hired through our trusted third-party Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
