We are looking for an experienced and hands-on freelance Project Manager to support the planning and execution of events and congresses over the next 5–6 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can confidently manage complex event logistics from start to finish.

Key Responsabilities

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of events and congresses, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Manage budgets, invoices, and event-related financial reporting
• Lead on-site operations during events, including staff coordination and real-time problem-solving
• Develop event schedules, production plans, and post-event debriefs
• Provide regular updates and reports to the client or internal leadership
  
  

About You

• Proven experience managing corporate events, congresses, or large-scale activations. Experience in healthcare sector is a plus.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication in English
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
