To scale our development capabilities in Spain, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Product Owner / Business Analyst to help define, refine, and bring digital investment ideas to life — both for our internal platform and for exciting client projects across Europe and beyond.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

• Own the discovery and definition of new features, products, and services in the digital wealth space.
• Act as Product Owner or Business Analyst in agile software development teams.
• Manage and communicate product backlogs, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and financial domain experts to create usable, high-impact solutions.
• Help facilitate workshops, refine requirements, and align stakeholders — both internally and on the client side.
• Keep a pulse on wealth management trends, product innovation, and client needs to guide strategy and roadmap discussions.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, product, and tech. You’re hands-on, structured, and love breaking down complexity into clear, actionable work.

Ideally, you bring:

• A degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech — ideally in a business analyst, product owner, or product manager role.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills to understand financial data and business needs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong English communication skills (our team language). Spanish or German is a plus.
• Willing to work in the office for min. 3 days a week.
• A startup mindset — adaptable, pragmatic, and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

➕ Bonus points for:

• Certifications like CFA, CAIA, PMP, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Knowledge of design or prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, Sketch, or data tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or Matlab.
• Understanding of IT architecture or having hands-on experience with software delivery.
