Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the selection process and welcoming new partners.
• Publication of job offers and internships (internal website, contacts with schools, associations).
• Conduct of interviews.
• Selection and recruitment of trainees for different departments.
• Assist in the preparation of the closing of the month.
• Calendar update and birthday vouchers.
• Updating the directory of telephone extensions.
• Monthly review of first aid kits (verification and ordering from FREMAP).
• Preparation of the bimonthly LMB newsletter.

• Availability to make a full-time internship agreement for 6 months with a university.
