The Content Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in the creation and management of textual content in both English and Spanish languages. He/she is responsible for generating texts, articles, documents and reports related to the company's activity and services, with a data-oriented approach. It is essential for the candidate to have experience in the financial and payments sector and to have developed textual content related to this industry.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Creating, managing and updating textual content in both English and Spanish to be used across the company's channels: website, documents and presentations for stakeholders and meetings, social media, content for digital marketing, events, etc.
- Developing texts about the company's activities and services, including description of services, corporate information, reports, and documents.
- Taking a data-oriented approach to content development, using company-specific data, sectorial information, or market research.
- Optimally positioning content through SEO techniques and digital content marketing strategies. Utilizing analytics and metrics to measure content performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with other teams to align the content strategy with the marketing strategy and corporate identity and.
- Contributing to the promotion of the company's service, as well as the communication and transparency of all its activities.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least three of them in roles equivalent to the described profile.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish written communication.
- University degree (e.g. Journalism, Economics, Business Administration or related fields).
- High capacity and skill in writing texts for generating valuable corporate content
- Experience in the financial sector (highly valued)
- Desirable to have knowledge of SEO positioning strategy

- Strong communication competencies (written and oral).

- 60-40 split for remote work.
- During the summer, a 50-50 split with intensive working hours.
