This position is aimed at individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and customer support. As part of our team, you will engage with Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and helping them optimize their online presence.

- Provide support to Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and offering solutions related to our services
- Assist clients in utilizing digital marketing tools effectively to improve their online visibility
- Respond to customer questions with clarity, delivering actionable advice tailored to their needs
- Evaluate customer accounts and recommend personalized improvement strategies
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices to provide relevant insights
- Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously enhance our services
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or digital marketing, especially in online optimization, is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to simplify complex technical concepts for customer understanding
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to helping customers succeed in their online endeavors
