We are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer. As a COO you will play a key role in implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet objectives and scaling the business, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction across all locations.
In This Role You Will
- Lead and manage the daily operations.
- Analyze and oversee internal operations and establish high operational standards and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy and hiring levels.
- Drive growth and expansion strategies and translate it into actionable steps.
- Ensure high guest experience standards, oversee the implementation of the company hospitality philosophy and collaborate with marketing and other departments to maintain brand integrity.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial targets.
- Monitor financial performance, P&L statements and KPIs to make data-driven decisions aimed at improving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with HR to ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention.
- Identify, implement and optimize technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer service and data management.
- Analyze industry trens, market demands and competitor activity to adjust operational strategies.
- Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or senior leader in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Experience in multi-location operations is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
- Ability to develop and execute operational strategies that support long-term business growth and scalability.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, P&L statements, and cost control.
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Fluent in Spanish & English (other languages are a plus).
- Visionary. Ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the details.
