As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our spa guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to engage with guests, assist with spa treatment reservations, and communicate spa and hotel services and promotions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Scheduling and coordinating spa treatment appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing detailed information on spa treatments, products, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
- Responding to guest inquiries and special requests, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintaining a well-organized and tranquil reception area to uphold the spa's relaxing atmosphere.
- Collaborating with spa therapists and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
- A true desire to provide exceptional guest service in a spa and wellness-focused environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness services is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light administrative tasks.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
