A vacancy for a Software Engineer has arisen within the Mission A/C & Ground Software Department.
We develop onboard and on ground mission systems to manage the different inputs and data from different sensors (EOIR, AIS, Radar, DataLinks) and provide an enriched tactical picture to the operators (Pilots, Co-Pilots, C2 operators, etcetera) enabling mission planning, monitoring, execution and debriefing capabilities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
The detailed design, implementation and verification of microservices based software components, and the configuration and deployment of the software components to be delivered into the different environments (development environment, integration environment and production environments) and the evolution of the overall software and deployment architecture to adapt the current mission software products to the needs of our customers and clients in alignment with the combat Cloud vision.

The candidate will be part of our Core ISR Sw Architecture team working in our latest state-of-the-art
product.

Required Skills:
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a related field
• Advance knowledge and experience in C/C++ language is required
• Advance knowledge and experience in the whole Software Development Cycle is required
(Sw requirements, Sw Design, Sw Validation & Verification, Sw Maintenance)
• Knowledge and experience with Software Validation and Verification (unit testing,
white/black box testing, sw smoke testing, sw non-regression testing) is required
• Knowledge and experience with linux OS is required
• Specific experience with SUSE Linux distribution is desirable
• Knowledge & experience with Sw design patterns (publisher/subscriber, IoC, Dependency
Injection, distributed command & control, auto scalable patterns), specifically related with
modern Service Oriented Architectures , Cloud Native & Microservices architectures is
beneficial.
• Knowledge of Agile methods (SCRUM + KANBAN + SAFe) is beneficial
• Knowledge of HMI middelaware (QT)
Responsibilities:
- Provide sufficient detailed data and information about system elements to enable the implementation consistent with architectural entities as defined in models and views of the system architecture and in accordance with the allocated requirements.
- Verify the compliance of a detailed design solution toward baseline of validated requirements for a single sub-system / equipment / component / module.
