Description

At AirHelp, we're all about developing products that make travel better for all. It started eleven years ago with a simple idea: to help air passengers get compensation for canceled or delayed flights. Today, we're adding new travel products such as travel protection and support as the next phase in growing our company. This next step includes developing a mobile app with a vision to support travelers during an entire trip.

Would you like to help writing this new chapter with us? Then join us as a Senior Product Manager and help us build the best-class mobile application from scratch.

  • Work with cross-functional teams of designers, external developers, and QA engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Define market research objectives, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights to help us improve products and implement new features.
  • Oversee the release process for mobile application, including coordinating release schedules, managing dependencies, and conducting post-release research.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of mobile applications, and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
  • Mentor our junior product managers and contribute to the growth and improvement of the overall Product Team
