Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Barcelona for an Elementary Montessori Guide. The Elementary Montessori Guide will be responsible for implementing the Montessori curriculum, guiding students through their individualized learning paths, and fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Daily tasks include preparing and maintaining the classroom environment, observing and assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and staff to support each child's development.

Qualifications

• Experience with Montessori pedagogy and curriculum implementation
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with children and adults
• Passion for nature-based education and outdoor activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and engage with the school community
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Spanish, and Catalan is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
• Montessori certification for 6-12 is mandatory
