We are looking to meet our new Tech lead who will be responsible of aligning the team on the design, architecture and devops practices..

As the Tech Lead, you'll be the technical luminary, harnessing your DevOps prowess to propel the team towards coding excellence. Embrace the challenge of instilling best practices, securing applications, and orchestrating the harmonious symphony of agile methodologies. You'll wear the hat of an ambassador for generally accepted SecDev, CI, and CD principles, ensuring the team's trajectory aligns with the overarching IT domain roadmap.

Key Responsabilities

• Steer Design and Implementation of ICVC asset
• Analyse, design, and optimize the application in terms of stability, infra costs and security aspects.
• Ensuring that all Azure Devops Standards are respected.
• Organize its day-to-day tasks according of the team’s priorities and their agile method.
• Govern and monitor the specific development to keep it at a minimum and maintainable, reducing technical debt.
• Works with IT Domain Owner to establish a technology plan and roadmap.
• Create and maintain with his/her team a catalog of API to ineract with the application according to business needs.
• Actively ensure simplification occurs throughout.
• Conduct Quality insurance report, manage and follow up consequent action plan.
• Implement the architecture, including tests/cicd/monitoring/alerting/resilience/SLAs.
  
  

Your Profile

Your Skills And Experience

• Solid hard coding experience devops area.
• Thorough knowledge of REST API development and Swagger definition.
• Strong knowledge of TDD and BDD, Azure Cloud Services, Azure App Services, Azure Data Factory or SSIS
• .Net / C# expert
• Quality code and security concerns
• Problem solving skills.
• Involved with other teams supports to obtain inputs for the correct development of his/her job Ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge on the implementation of micro services
• Experience in “0 down time” environment is a plus.
• English is mandatory.
