Your Responsibilities

✅ Content Review – Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.

✅ Issue Resolution – Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.

✅ Risk Management – Identify and escalate high-risk issues while ensuring confidentiality and data security.

✅ User Support – Provide empathetic and timely support to users while maintaining platform integrity.

✅ Process Improvement – Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and improve service quality.

✅ Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs to ensure high-quality moderation standards.

What You Need

✔️ Fluent in Hebrew & English – Strong written and spoken communication skills.

✔️ Work Authorization – Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship.

✔️ Content Moderation Experience – Background in back-office operations and moderation is a plus.

✔️ Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

✔️ Attention to Detail – Strong analytical skills, efficiency, and empathy.

✔️ Adaptability – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

✔️ Shift Flexibility – Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends.
