JOB DESCRIPTION

Today we are looking for a Front-End Developer to join the Orderpipe Team.

The Orderpipe team at Veepee is looking for a skilled developer to join us in enhancing our user checkout experience by developing new cart & checkout page features. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining the front of our back office tool for internal employees.

It´s an ideal team and mission for someone that is very tech curious, keeps up to date with the latest tech market trends.

TASKS
- Work on challenging projects, to build the new platform with new technologies;
- Estimate development tasks, pointing out risks, required provisions and limitations in the process;
- Perform regular code reviews with the team;Participate in merge requests of other team mates;
- Work in an agile mindset with MVP approaches that fulfill future general requirements;
- Develop front end solutions that scale well in the future and that can be fitted in a micro front end Ecosystem;
- Handle the technical interviews with other developers willing to join VeepeeTech.

MUST HAVE skills
- 4+ years of experience in web development;
- Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks as react, redux, NextJS, etc.;
- Experience with Tailwind or styled components
- Experience with REST principles;
- The usage of testing tools as Jest or any testing library;
- You are proactive and dynamic person, motivated to grow within the tech team;
- You are fluent in English.

NICE TO HAVE skills
- Experience with redux, react-router, Webpack, etc
- Knowledge of Node.js and Express Framework;
- Experience with building applications within microservices architecture;
- Experience with Server Side Rendering
